Phase 5 Media IT Support services

Phase 5 Media offers my.itdepartment services available for businesses that want to have desktop computer, mobile device and printer support available to their small business. Please review our plans below and select a service that best suits your company's needs. 

my.itdepartment Basic Plan
  • Up to 5 computers and one printer, no server.
  • Remote desktop computer support: optimization, virus/malware removal2, basic
    application support.3
  • Remote laptop computer support: optimization, virus/malware removal2, basic
    application support.3
  • Printer Support: support of most models of MFP devices. Connectivity & basic
    functionality remote troubleshooting.1
  • Apply system updates as recommended by mgr./software providers to minimize
    security and performance issues.
  • System Health report as necessary (direct written consult regarding any issues
    identified over the month)

Priority support (by support ticket) - up to 3 remote incident(s) per month. Additional Incidents will be at a discounted rate of 100.00/remote incident or 175.00/onsite4 incident.

$69.99/month

1 requires a computer connected to the same network as the printer.
2 specific types of ransomwares can be deeply rooted and may not be able to be removed.
and may require other methods to mitigate damage.
3 application functionality troubleshooting. Microsoft, Adobe, and Other business-related
applications.
4 onsite service calls are limited to 1hour and 49.99 for each additional half hour required determined by the severity of the issue being resolved.
